I had many important issues on my mind lately, but after yesterday’s appointment I can now breathe and relax. All the anxiety, anticipation and nervousness dragged over the weekend, and believe me I even had second thoughts of turning up for it but eventually decided to go for it. I am so glad I went through the entire thingy.
My weekend was filled with my little nephews & nieces and some window shopping and cruising in shopping malls. I was in KLCC last Friday checking out the Isetan sale. Didn’t find anything that I fancied but what caught my interest was a beautiful VIP sitting next to the “Bobbi Brown” counter trying out the products. She is the wife to one of the former top ministers who served the country many years ago and I would say that she is not in her 30’s or 40’s more like in her 60’s. I know that for a fact because she is related to my mom but a very distant relative. Anyway I was shocked to see how beautiful she still IS at that age. When I saw her I was like “WOW”. Her hair has a light brown shade and her skin is just flawless and radiant. A few lines here and there, I guess you would expect that from someone who has aged gracefully. She must have a wonderful life because I have seen her a few times on the magazine cover with all those huge sapphire and rubies, all happy and smiley.
I guess it helps to have all the money and stability to look that “beautiful”. I agree that money can’t buy happiness but it surely would make a difference in many ways. Most of us worry not only about our own future but also the future of the kids. We feel the need to provide for the family hence we work like hell to make sure they get the best. I believe it is all about the money. Having loads of money, you can do anything with it, you can go for vacations, facials and spas everyday. It is a must to just pamper yourself and you don’t stress yourself out to earn a living right? Everything is being done for you. I wonder how I will look like when I am 60!!! Haha! I just hope to be happy and contented with myself and my life.

Money helps... and i guess botox helps too. (walaupun telah diharamkan). But yup, it has proven miracles for some.
I'm just gonna go au naturale and c how I look like when I reach that age (kalau panjang umur, insya allah)

I rasakan botox might work for short term, but in the long run it might have some side effects. Hmmm not to forget, also pretty expensive to maintain don’t you think?
Even putting lotion or serum on my face pun I feel is a mistake. All the chemical stuff would damage the skin cell. Sigh…I think I shall go for bedak sejuk..:P

Yup I totally agree with you, beauty comes from within as well. You have to have a beautiful heart as well. It will definitely show on your face when you are happy and calm.
Botox diharamkan. This is what I gathered one of the daily bahasa Malaysia newspapers which states “ botox di haramkan kerana kandungannye boleh memudaratkan dan dikhuatiri mengandungi bahan yg boleh disifatkan sebagai najis”.

Nour, I found out that botox is made out of fore skins..one of the ingredients found i.e.
but if they use foreskins...whose?..how many million men get circumcised everyday to collect that much?..
even if they were to take it frm monkeys too will be absurd...from pigs?
