I am tired of bumping into rude, obnoxious and pig headed individuals whenever I am in lifts, LRTs, shopping malls or in any other corner of the world. We don’t need this bunch of morons around! There are more important things to life, right?. Darn, having one in the office can be so damn annoying.
There is this officemate of mine who is known among her friends or ex colleagues to be just plain “weird”. What I know is whenever I see her, she can never stop complaining about work. I have always felt like telling her, Hello! You are not the only person in this whole wide world who is so darn busy. Get a grip woman! All she does is complain, compain and complain…ooucch all those negative vibes from her is tooo overwhelming, I often hear people telling me how weird she is, as a result they would run as fast as they can whenever they see her.
Well, being me, told myself over and over again never to judge a person who I hardly know. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just befriended her as per normal. Treated her as one of those nice species in this organization I work with.
I am sure I treated her fairly. However, the day came where I had to ask her for some reviews and feedback on an important work issue. There I was, standing infront of her desk, waiting for an answer, she just looked straight at me with her fierce and angry look and said “I have NO time to give you any opinions…I have other things to look into no, no, no, no.....!” and she just brush me off just like that, as though my work doesn’t mean a thing to her ….Well I was very pissed with her! I don’t think the word “weird” actually describes her…it is an understatement. Hmmm, the word moron suits her perfectly! The best part after all those harsh words from her, she pretends nothing had happened, continue being herself and whenever she sees me, she will start smiling and without any conscience, will continue talking about how much work she has bla bla..Hello!!! Obviously, I would just walk off and pretend I didn't know her.
If I ever hear people telling me how weird she is, I would probably just flip and say the word ‘weird’ is too nice for her! Someone who you definitely wanna avoid when you detect within the vicinity. Alert! Alert! Stay Away!…
