Although NASA recognizes our Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor as a spaceflight participant, I still see him as our first Malaysian astronaut. Well done and Welcome back!

Yeah I read about that too, must be tough for the parentskan, one is doing well (making history and making the country proud of him) the other is fighting for his life. Prayers and doas for his recovery.
Even though I disagree with the government for sending a person to space, at least it is inspiring people like u Nour. I hope it is just not one off program from the government but initiate a program that will benefit more people.
Lets pray the best for his brother. InsyAllah.

yeah it definitely cost Malaysia a bomb to participate in this space programme, but I guess it a good start for the future generation.They should benefit from the exposure and innovation.

Al fatihah. It must be a sad period for the family. A death in a family is never easy lagilah when it involves kids who are too young to understand :(
