Blame it on the weather...

Schmucks, I have been hit by the extreme hot and humid weather. This time round the virus was pretty bad as my throat really hurts and my voice is huskier than normal. I am surprised, even with the gallons of liquid I drank and remaining in door for the weekend still didn’t help me from going down with the flu. I have been down the whole day today and all I could do was sleep, sleep and sleep. I dunno about you guys, but I just hope the draught period will not stay for long. I was at the clinic today and was surprised to see the number of people waiting for the doctor.

Oh well, in the meantime while the bad weather is still in town, I guess it helps if we :-
1. wear comfy and cotton clothing.
2. drink plenty of water.
3. avoid staying out door for a long period of time.
4. do not forget your sun block.

Take care all.

Our next door neighbor just installed his first aircond unit. After all those years without an aircond, he finally succumbed to the bad weather..that bad lah!! I believe this is one of the many effects of global warming..let us all help reduce global warming even if it is the littlest thing..e.g. when driving in the morning and it is cooling enough, you dont need to switch your air-con on, wearing light clothes also helps, avoid open burning and plant more trees!!

how come I didnt know abt the AC part...hahahahha..ni mesti kes dah tak tahan panas. The weather all around the world is now on the extreme side, Jakarta with the banjir, Japan with the light winter and England with the heavy and massive cold winter...Yikes, you just dont know what to predict anymore eh.
